Bob Stall Chevrolet

There's probably not enough room for everything I'd like to say about this dealership. I first found Bob Stall about 10 years ago when I needed my car serviced. The Service Team was outstanding, which led me to a purchase. I was "talked into" switching to BMW and have regretted it ever since. While wanting to get back to the Chevrolet fold, I was window shopping on line and found an Equinox I really liked and wanted to try out. I filled in the information and was almost immediately contacted for an appointment. I made an appointment with Adele. Once there, she knew exactly the vehicle I was inquiring about, and sent someone to retrieve it. She actually apologized for it taking a while, which was not a long time at all. We went over every aspect of the vehicle and I test drove the Equinox. The one incredible difference I noticed right away, was the suspension, and how great it felt. What a difference between the Equinox and the BMW!!!!! It was a "wow" moment. The manager apologized for the wait, but I didn't feel like I was waiting very long. I already knew Rose from Service, so I felt like I was finally home. Not to mention, everything is always clean and ready in all customer areas. Thank you Bob Stall, for making this purchase so incredibly easy. Now, I get to brag and tell everyone how great everyone is at Bob Stall. No need to shop anywhere else....I'm a keeper.
