We could not have imagined a better car buying experience than what we had at Fletcher Jones dealership. Since my car had died and I was already thinking of buying a CPO Mercedes, My wife and I walked into this dealership in search of our dream car. I did my homework and looked at all the 2009/2010 C300s available at the bay area dealerships. FJ seemed to have the best selection and also they seemed to have only good quality cars with low miles listed. Shaun Graef assisted me and felt very welcomed by him and the dealership in general. He made every effort to understand my needs and I made it very clear to him that if the car and deal were right, I would buy the car that day itself. I test drove a white C-300 and we liked the car but the color was not our #1 preference. Shaun tried very hard to get a deal done but we could not agree on the price. Shaun then brought in David Gonzalez (General Manager) to help out. Both of them were very professional and did not try to pressurize us in any way to buy that car. While talking to them, they realized that our mind was set on a different color and David immediately searched his inventory and found one that I liked. I was looking for one with less than 20k miles and this was 30K. He assured me of a good deal and worked hard on the numbers. We walked out of the dealership with the car we wanted, a deal that was awesome and a very happy couple. Thank you David and Shaun for everything you guys did for us that day.
