Buying Chevrolet Bolt EV Premier

onFirst they did not consider me a serious buyer, when I told them I was in Los Angeles convention center and interested with Chevrolet Bolt EV, They automatically directed me to Community Chevrolet, where I got multiple updates when actual Bolt will be in their lot. When I got notified on January 3, 2017, that they have the car for test drive, they told me that I should have put a deposit for preserving the car. To cut the story short on Friday January 13, 2017 I have been notified that someone had backed off a pre ordered car that matches my desired description. I immediately stoped by the dealership and completed the transaction. There wasn't any options to add or decline, also there was not any room for incentive nor any room for negotiating the price, 'I was glad that there was no mark up' I had excellent orientation and demonstration of all the features by Oscar Linares.

Brett Baker in accounting dept. was also great and I was completely at ease and we'll informed throughout the entire process. onOscar sales manager was very patient and knowledgeable about the products Chevy has to offer. I keep sharing my positive experience I had at the Burbank Chevy dealership. I went to other Chevy dealerships within the area and they had zero patients and NO knowledge or understanding that the customer comes first. All they wanted to do was to sell a product. I recommend to all my friends at the hospital where I work at to seeing Oscar at the Burbank Chevy dealership we are guaranteed to get a great deal.

Good purchase experience

onIt was great. Anasheh and the Internet Sales Team did a fantastic job helping me and tracking down the vehicle I wanted. My only concern is with the choice of banks for my loan. I have heard/read TERRIBLE things about Compass Bank, which greatly concerns me. I would have been much happier to have been presented my options in banks before the financing was done.

onYour service adviser, Mark Evans, was very helpful with updates and providing me with a loan vehicle. In fact, everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. I think these surveys would be more realistic if sent out after I put on a thousand miles or so to really know how happy I was with the service.

FRAUDULENT - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

onI have been to your dealership twice for service. I'll describe the latest experience. Vic is underwhelming and doesn't seems quite passionless about the customer. When there's a problem there isn't a sense of urgency to deal with it. And it comes across badly. Secondly, I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I was quoted rates on my steering gear of roughly $1500, brakes at $600, flush $115, Engine Mounts at $885. There's more. I then took it to my mechanic whom I've been going to for 20 years who is VERY trustworthy and spent a decade as a dealership mechanic. He said the engine mounts were fine. The Steering gear wasn't even the problem, the brakes he charged $200 to resurface and replace. This is as close to consumer fraud as one can legally come to. I won't be back and I will be spending time on social media. Oh, and I was over-charged for my oil change and charged $90.00 for you to tell me something was wrong with the steering and it was misdiagnosed. Oh and you rotated the tires and put the one that had a leak in the front. And I paid for that. That is dangerous and erroneous. My mechanic put it in the back for free.

Car problems during labor.

onOur car's battery dies the night my wife went into labor. We scrambled to do all we could, and were able to get the car in just in time. They totally took care of us, they gave us a rental, and even called me the next day to tell me not to worry about returning the rental "on time" because "family came first." It does, and their ability to notice that, and go out of their way to take care of us was exactly what we needed at the time. When I was able to return the vehicle it was actually quite funny, because it felt like a Nascar pit-stop with how fast everyone moves to get me in and out so that I could get back to my Wife and newborn child. I can not thank all the staff there enough for what they did for us, and for the waves and cheers they gave as I drove off back to the hospital. It was great. They were great. I will continue to do business with them because of that very experience. We all live in the real world. In the real world unexpected things happen. Community Chevrolet in Burbank took care of my family and I when those things happened. That's "family" to me.

"Community" Chevrolet

onI've always had pleasant experiences with Community Chevrolet. Recently, I took my 2003 GMC Envoy to get a headlight water pump replaced. The repair was completed but associate, Hugo informed me that my ignition coil was in dire need of replacement and If it wasn't replaced, my car would stall when driving. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to afford the coil replacement with my budget being tight during the holidays so I declined and went back to pick up my car. As I was walking up to the building, a repairman named John stopped me at the door surprising me that since he had a used coil in good working condition on hand from another car that recently underwent a full service; he installed it in mine quickly at no extra charge. He told me that he did not want to risk me driving the car off the lot without all cylinders running and that my safety was top priority. My experience at other auto repair shops seldom make me feel as if I'm being taken advantage of but the solution and gesture that John and Hugo offered not only meant the world to me; it secured my trust and business. It confirmed the vast difference Community Chevrolet has compared to most other auto shops with misplaced priorities and hidden agendas. This experience also further supports the use of "community" in Community Chevrolet. Well done guys. I'll be back.
