Prescott Honda

I feel like today is the day I must sit down and write about my recent dealings with Prescott Honda. I am very happy with my new 2015 CRV I just bought from Prescott Honda. This is my 4th Honda I'm purchased for Prescott Honda and I simply must say just how nice it is to work with a professional staff who genuinely cares about their professional and the customer. I had come in for an oil change for my CRV and was not planning on buying a new vehicle. I met a nice young man Jim Deluca who was so personable and knowledgeable that after seeing all the wonderful new features and changes that have been made to the new model CRV I couldn't imagine how I had lived without them. The new location is so nice and clean. Service department is wonderful. I wasn't planning on buying another car but with Jim's no pressure easy going nature it was really a great experience. I tell all my friends at church all the time. Go to Prescott Honda and get treated right! Jim even called me a few days after I bought my car and offered me his time for me to come back to Prescott Honda and spend more time going over all the ins and outs of my CRV so I would know how everything worked. I thought that was great because I would most certainly use all the new bells and whistles if I understood them. Thank you Jim for sharing your time and expertise with me. I will surely spread the good word about you. I find my friends opinion of car shopping is like going to the dentist. Its not very often you find a car dealer with ethics. This place must spend extra time finding quality people to work there and it shows!
