Do not buy from Earnhardt Cadillac!

Most of the original situation happened about 9 months ago when Cadillac finally decided to get me out of a nightmare of a Cadillac lemon car and put me in a new one. I begged Cadillac to let me do my trade at Coulter Cadillac as in my opinion they are the Best Phoenix Dealer Ever !! But they forced me to go with Earnhardt Chandler as my lemon car was from Earnhardt. When I got to the dealer I was told to pick a car and General Motors will take care of swapping my car for the new one. I expressed my feelings to the General Manager Justin about maybe getting a ATS V coupe. That's when he disrespectfully told me that I couldn't afford that vehicle and that I needed to get the same one. I'm a hard working young latino guy. To be honest I felt hurt and discriminated against. This person that I was putting my trust in totally made me feel like I wasn't worthy of anything in minutes. To make the story short I ended up getting the same car just a few years newer. The car was set aside while GM processed the swap. When I returned and took delivery of my car it was damaged. It didn't appear in the same condition I had last seen it and had more than 10 scratches all over the body. The dealer acted like it was ok to deliver a vehicle in that condition. One of the scratches was so bad that less than a week later the car had to be painted. The window tint that I paid $495 was peeling off the window and the other window had bubbles on it and it had to be replaced. The General Manager Justin acted with no empathy and was very rude. Saying 'we took care of it, didn't we?' I ask to talk to the District manager and I received a call from a guy name 'Gray.' I asked for his real name and he would not give it to me. I told him about the situation and he was less than helpful at one point even saying that maybe I was too "particular". It was like a slap in the face with absolutely no respect and no empathy for my situation. I want to take this avenue to answer the District Manager Mr. 'Gray' on his insult of calling me too "particular". Sorry that you think that me wanting my brand new 2017 Cadillac CTS to be in great condition is being "particular" or maybe it is that you don't really care about your brand. Last time I checked the Cadillac slogan was "Dare Greatly” so I expect nothing else. They put me through the process of my new car being painted a total of 3 times. During that time they managed to over spray my expensive Giovanna Wheels. Then they sent a guy to my house that was able to get most of the paint off the wheels. But ultimately I had to spend $1, 500 on a new set of wheels. This car still has overspray paint on the side skirts and this is all damage done by the carelessness of this dealer. The side panels that were painted 3 times still don't match the rest of the car. If anything this dealer should become more 'particular' in their standards.

Sales and service just horrible!

So I purchased my 2016 CTS 3.6 from here about a month ago and it's been nothing but HELL ever since! First let me state that I own a 2014 SRX already which has all the bells and whistles and I stressed the fact that if I'm buying another new Cadillac I want it just as loaded as my SRX if not more. So I wanted to check out the nicest CTS (other then the V) that they had. I was shown a few vehicles but nothing that really impressed me. I was then shown a CTS 3.6 in red, which I was told had it all! I noticed that it didn't have the front parking assist sensors but other then that it did have all the options I wanted. I told the sales guy Mike that I like this red one but I would want it in white and with the front parking sensors and of course he said not problem. I also wanted chrom rims added too. Mike then told me they have a white car, exact same as the one I test drove and they can throw the chrome rims on it and add the front sensors later after they get them in from having to order them for me. I was told the sensors would be here in a few weeks and I would be called to bring in the car to get them installed. So everything was good, Mike met all my requirements, it felt good, so I made the purchase. I put a very large amount, more then half down and financed the rest. After not getting a call for about a month I decide to call the dealership to see If they received my front sensors. They said bring it on in, so that next week I did. The front parking sensors were NOT installed but this stupid curb sensor that is only a loud annoying beeb that goes off when I turn my car on and pull in and out of driveways. Now I am being told that the sensors I wanted and agreed upon are not even an option that can be added. The car must come with the front parking sensors. I WOULDNT HAVE PURCHASED THIS CAR!!! I would have purchased a car that already had the sensors then! I'm beyond upset that Mike lied to me and told me whatever I wanted to hear to get me to make the purchase right then and there. So now my brand new car is not even what I wanted and I'm stuck with it. I talked to the sales manager and got no where. They can't make it right so I'm going to be talking to a lawyer in the morning. Oh yeah and to top all this off, I had black stains all over my visors when I picked my car up the other day. This whole dealership, sales and services is some of the worst service I've ever seen. Going to be taking my Cadillacs up to Scottsdale for now on.

This was the first time I can honestly say buying a car was a pleasant experience. Everything promised was followed through with, there were minimal surprises and the General Manager, Justin, and the salesman, Asaad, were very pleasant to work with. A+ on this purchase.

Understanding and Caring!

I inquired on-line about leasing a vehicle. I had never leased one before, always paying cash. I retired now and believed it was better for me to lease after reading about it. I had 7 responses from dealerships. 4 of them sent me emails but never contacted me personally. 3 called me and was not personable. I hurt my back after the inquiry on the internet. Robert was the only salesman that said he understood why I needed a week to get better so I might be able to come to the dealership to speak to him and look. After the week, I was still not able to travel very well so Robert took the time to understand my needs and drove the Cadillac to my house. Excellent service. Robert and Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac will always have my business.

Great experience & phenomenal service. My wife and I decided it was time to start looking for a new vehicle. We stopped into Chandler Cadillac because of the great reviews, and we prefer to stay as local as possible. After an amazing test drive and discussing our options we went with a brand new SRX. Everyone we encountered was friendly, polite, and efficient. We felt high level of confidence in what we were being told. The numbers were truthful and did not change from initial quotes to finalization (unlike other car buying experiences). We want to especially acknowledge or sales associate Carl Pratt. His patience and knowledge was outstanding. We will return to both Carl & this dealership in the future.

I was met within 30 seconds, by an enthusiastic, yet not pushy salesman (Carl Pratt) who within about 2 minutes, knew what I wanted and suggested that we drive one. He helped me pick the car I needed, not the one he needed to sale. All through the process, the entire sales crew was professional, helpful, and courteous. I have found a dealer that I will come to again.

All Bull

Where to begin.... Went in to purchase a 2014 R/T Charger. After working with Salesman was handed off to finance, associate came, and had a folded piece of paper, he would not show me any numbers or sit down and discuss. Told me trade was $11k, although I know the kbb is like mid $13's, get kbb doesn’t sale cars, but they still could work with me on this. Told payment was $700, told them what is the interest rate, was told oh he did not tell me, must be the middleman. Said I know I could get at least $14k for car at xxxxx, bluntly told me well go there then, strike 1. Told him forget it at $700, then he said how about $600, wow $100 off, said nope and walked out... In addition to the comment to go elsewhere and not letting me see any figures I had enough, All Bull.... So 2 days later, get a call from Jaime from finance, left me message of "I see we tried to work on a deal but could not get the figure you wanted, give me a call..." Called him, left message, and no call back. Next day called again and they passed me off to Jeff. Told Jeff the above experience, that I wanted to see figures, as I did not want that Auto Butler or Alarm that tacks on almost $2k, said understood, said he needed to talk to his Director in Finance, came back and stated we got you a single digit interest rate, still wouldn’t tell me, and we will give you $12k now for trade. Okay what is monthly, stated $600...? Stated need it to be at $550, said with a couple grand down, they could get me too that... Discussed with wife, we agreed and I called Jeff back, left message, had return call from the number with no message and call back... This time passed off to the Director of Finance (so he said), told him what Jeff and I discussed, told me nooooo the monthly was $659 and they wanted $7500 to get me to $550 and now interest rate went to over 11%, WTF!!! Told him well that is not what Jeff said, he told me well due to your misunderstanding or Jeff's the information was incorrect. Said what you mean my misunderstanding, your finance guys told me that, he started to get mad at me, told him "Worst Dealership I have ever worked with!!!” hung up.... Proceeded to call GM, because at this point, who cares, they want to be All Bull going to let them know this experience. Talked to GM, Frank, told him what happened, he apologized said would get to the bottom of this and would get a call later.. Two days later, nothing, so evidently this dealership is all about, lies and BS… Heck if the GM doesn’t care how customers are treated then goes to show why the staff does…. 3 different finance versions, rude, and the list goes on!!

After working with another Cadillac dealer and not working a deal out, I went to Desert Cadillac. The sales staff was great in all aspects. I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted and I didnt have to play games or spend hours doing it. If you want a great experience, go see Luke S and he will make it an easy buying experience.

I just purchased an ATS from this dealership and it was the best experience I have ever had from a dealership. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and really tried to find me the car that fit my needs. I got the best price from them as I looked all over town.
