Never again!

onI have purchased all of new vehicles at Gandrud since 2015. I was there recently because I am looking for a new truck again. So recently, I brought my current truck in because my driver side rear tail light stopped working. Well it was not a burned out bulb or a bad tail light itself. I tried a replacement tail light and it still would not work. I looked at the fuses and that was not the problem. So that leaves just a couple more things it could be. The turn signal unit or the wiring. Well it turns out that RAM trucks have had a KNOWN issue with the wiring rubbing and wearing out around or on top of the tank and it causes a short in the tail light. So to fix this problem, they need to wrap the wiring in electrical tape. Well, they did that to my wiring, which fixed the problem. However, I will NEVER go back to Gandrud ever again unless I absolutely have to. They have lost my business forever. My reason for this: they charged me $500.00 to tape up my wiring with maybe a couple of feet of some electrical tape !!! A complete roll of electrical tape cost $3.99. I spoke to the Service Dept. manager about that and his attitude was less than sympathetic to say the least. Seemed like he was more concerned about what he was going to eat for lunch.
