Service Reminder Screen Notice

onThe service reminder screen had not been reset when I had my last service performed in July. As a result, the screen started popping up with a message indicating that I needed service that I had just received the prior month. This information was explained to me by my service consultant, Carlos. He said that, at my convenience, to bring my car in at any time and, for no charge, he would have a tech reset the service reminder screen. I thanked him and plan to take my car in to the dealership in the next couple of days. Most of the questions below are not relevant to my immediate issue so I answered them as they related to the service I had in July.
