Service assistant doubts everything

onI have gone to this dealership multiple times and each time they have doubted the things that I say. I am very knowledgeable in cars and the service assistant tried to tell me that I didn’t even know the weather. I had a recall that flares up in freezing temperatures and instead of just offering to fix the problem the assistant told me that it hasn’t been freezing overnight even though there was frost on all of the cars at the dealership and the low temperature of the day was 17 degrees. I would never recommend this dealership. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer.
