Terrible experience with service here

onBought my 2023 Powerboost Hybrid Lariat at AutoNation Katy. It’s a $70k truck. It’s been 6 months now since I bought the truck. Too many issues w the truck since I got it. A terrible service just makes the problems worse. I called to schedule an appointments for repair before I bring my truck in. They asked me to describe the problem(s) during the calls and I told them what they are. When I bring the truck there, they asked to describe the problems again and then tell me to either leave the truck there for few days w/o a loaner car or schedule another appointment to bring it back. What’s the point of the first appointment? They have done this multiple times and I am sick and tired of this place. I don’t recommend buy cars or trucks at this dealer and have your cars service here. A recent problem didn’t even get fixed and they created another problem after I picked it up. Bery frustrated w this place.
