onGentlemen at the service desk is always marvelous, efficient and a great communicator. Zero complaints about him, he is an asset to your team. Here is my issue. I checked in at 9:55am today 3/30/24. I needed an a simple oil changed and 2 codes removed due to engine on. I received the keys to my vehicle at 3:45pm. Almost 6 hours. Gentlemen at the service desk was very apologetic. I just feel this was terrible and gruesome to experience, my wife and I have bought 2 Cadillac from this dealer and we are looking to upgrade to the Lyriq in a matter of weeks but this really put a sour taste in our mouth. I’m sorry about having to complain but I was not happy.
