Jack Giambalvo Mazda

We went to jack giambalvo because we heard what sounded like a great deal on the radio. Everything went well at first, they said the car (used 2006 Saturan ) would be ready the next day. It needed to be cleaned and inspected. The day we were suppose to pick the car up they called and said it would be a couple of days because they are behind in the shop. Understandable. That couple of days turned into 10 days. Everytime we called we were lied to by the salesman. He always said the next day. But here is the kicker. When they called and said the car was ready we got there and guess what? Thats right it was not. They put us in a new car to use until it was. 2 days later it was. But it was not cleaned or washed like they promised it would be. The inside had stains on the doors and carpets, but they said they would get it out. Also the payments were $40.00 more a month than what was quoted. So in the end we decided not to get the car. Believe me they were not happy. But neither were we.
