Excellent experience. great sales and finance department

Once I found the CTS I wanted it had to be obtained from a different dealership. Michelle Lilly made that happen. She worked with Brandon to get monthly payment I needed and exceeded my expectations. Michelle got the car and Brandon's quote on the payment was well below the competitors. Michelle kept me informed throughout the delivery process and made sure the car was perfect when I picked it up. I appreciated the tour of the facility and explanation of all the cars functions. I've already recommended Michelle and her team at Faulkner to everyone I've talked to since. I shopped two other Dealerships and their numbers or level of service didn't come close to Faulkner's.
