Our sales representative worked efficiently with us to determine what we wanted. Even though our new car was not on Cochran's lot, the sales rep quickly identified a possibility that was not too far away. We quickly agreed on a price after trade-in of our old vehicle and made an appointment two days later to pick up our new car. Cochran was able to bring the new car in, inspect it and make it ready for us on time. We drove away happily two days after our initial visit. The dealership met our high expectations for the experience.
