Keep away!

onWe just came from the dealer after test driving a used Audi A4. The car's heating system does not work. We realized that after 5 mins. but the salesman who was with us insisted on telling that it works and it is just matter of time. In fact, he kind of denigrated us saying that it is "German" car which is why it would be different. After 15 minutes when the heating system still did not work, he would not admit that heating system has an issue.
Finally after talking to the sales manager we found that
in fact the system has an issue. And of course the salesperson was wrong from the beginning. It is okay for a salesperson not have the knowledge of all the cars in a lot. But he should at least acknowledge that he could be wrong or not knowledgeable instead of trying to demean the customer. Thats not the way to treat a customer.
I wont recommend the dealer to anyone for sure.
