Like the car. Didn't like the buying process.

onWe were told that the bigger engine on the Outlander (2.4) was only $500 than the 2.0. Later we find out that the rebates were also $500 less on that vehicle. So we now have a $1000. difference. We were never told that the 0% financing was instead of rebates (an either or option) until after we had filled out all the financials. Also, and the worst in my opinion, was since we were spending $1000 more than planned, if they would "throw in" mudflaps. We were told "no problem". The next day when we looked at the paperwork, our free mudflaps cost us $199. I called the salesman right away and told him we never authorized $200 mudflaps. He said it was a "misunderstanding" and we would get a refund, either from the dealership or him. Needless to say, we got nothing. The whole process took 3 days and 8 hours. They seemed somewhat disorganized and unprepared.
