Chapman took care of us

onNick Conti took the time to thoroughly explain how the problem would be addressed (leak on passenger side). He was interested in working with us as a new customer and the warranty we had purchased from another dealer on our used car. (Another dealer was not helpful). He explained that Chapman had a specialist that focused on leaks which gave us confidence that this problem could be resolved. We immediately viewed Chapman as experts and problem solvers. The leak was resolved quickly and the fee was reasonable.
