Doug M was great. Did most of communication by email prior to stopping. Actual time at dealership to finish deal was under 30 mins because of all the pre work done by email. He was the only one to respond to me the first day I sent email asking about a vehicle. This is big as I was ready to buy and my least favorite thing to do is spend time at a dealership. Total time including two trips was well under an hour. It would have been faster but did not have my trade car with me the first trip.
