onI took my Volvo in for a computer upgrade. They charged me $440.51 for labor. When I questioned it they reduced it to $389.32. I checked with the dealership in Buffalo where I bought the car. They would have charged me $179.00. Plus, someone drove my car 11.7 miles while it was there. I have a diary app on my phone. When I called them the next day for an expanation of the costs the manager became belligerent and simply said service departments are all different.
