Purchased a 2014 Jetta Sportswagon. After 7 years of no car payments and loving our minivan, we had no desire to take on more debt but the time had come. We looked at Nissan and Subaru but seriously shopped at Honda, Mazda and Hyundai. We had planned on a Hyundai but when the snow hit we realized we needed a heavier vehicle that was also more versatile. Everything, from the time we walked into the showroom until we drove away in our new car, was exceptional. I had just finished a round of car shopping with my son (who was buying his first new car at age 24) and felt pretty jaded to the whole process and runaround. Every employee was warm yet professional. Irv was extremely thorough, patient and thoughtful and thanks to Fred the deal became a reality. We are so glad that we stayed local and did not pursue the other dealerships who called, etc. after we completed the Consumer Report request.
