Royal Moore Subaru

Yesterday my wife and I purchased a new car from Royal Moore Subaru . This is the first new car we have ever purchased. I'm 68 years old and was expecting stress. I was expecting pushy salesman, sneaky financing, you know all the horror stories of buying a new car from a dealer. I was wrong! Buying a car thru Royal Moore was a stress free pleasant experience. Our sales person was Derek Whitmore, He was knowageable,.friendly and helpful. He knew everything about our car and explained all the new high tech stuff that comes with a new vehicle. We are High Tech challenged so that was kind of tough for him, but he took his time and explained the information so even I could understand it. Don Lilly, who was responsible for figuring out the financing, was a total professional in every way. He worked with us until we had a plan that would work for our financial situation and did it with style and a smile. And last but not least, Patty. Patty is responsible for all the legal paperwork for the car, and again nothing but professional friendly service. Thanks to Derek, Don and Patty for making our car buying experience as pleasurable as possible. So I guess that's it. That's my story. Bob .
