The negotiations over the phone were straight forward. We feel good about the purchase and got the vehicle well below invoice, $1,500 less than another dealer quoted us on a similar vehicle. Gresham Ford delivered the vehicle in less than 24 hours to Spokane WA, 400 miles from their facility as part of the deal. It was washed and had a full tank of gas. Straight forward and easy to deal with. We feel good about the deal and were treated fair. The service was excellent!
