onThey always provide the service needed and give a good explanation if anything different is needed. Check in is extremely easy and the first thing they do is cover the driver seat with plastic so it doesn’t get dirty. Then they take a 360 picture of the car so they know if any new damage happens when the car is in their care. I won’t take my Subaru anyplace else!
