I Paid $31,000 for a brand new WRX 2 years ago and i kept bringing it here to get my oil changed, all was fine up until the recent visit. They stripped the threads on my oil pan because their mechanics that they have there now have no idea how to properly do a simple task such as an oil change. Not only that but they haven’t did anything to make it right at all, they basically told me im out of luck because im not 21 yet, leading me to have to inconvenience other people just to get to work. I had to buy the gaskets for them because they cant order $12 worth of aluminum out of state because the shipping would cost too much apparently. still waiting on my car and at the time of this review its been 2 weeks since i’ve taken it in. Do not go here for service on your car unless you want people who don’t know what they’re doing do work on your car, or if you like getting screwed over and getting no help at all.
