Delwyn meet me at the door, even though I was early. We walked thru all the paperwork and I felt very comfortable stopping him to ask questions. He took the time to go over both inside and outside of the new Edge. He helped me set up my contacts and my iPhone so I can listen to my personal music through the vehicle. He checked in numerous times with me as I was waiting for Finance. He even helped my husband with his iPhone - Explorer connection. My husband was very grateful for his help. I went back to the dealership today to have the surface finish applied to my Edge. Once again Delwyn met me at the door and made sure that I was taking care of right away.
