Charlie's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My husband and I had been loyal customers of this dealership for several years. Last week we received very poor customer service on 3 occasions from management and owners. Unfortunatley, they did not seen to share the concern we had with a two important issues pertaining to their dealership/service dept. We were treated extremely badly and several of the comments and actions we were subject to was very unprofessional. We have contacted the Dodge customer service center and the BBB for help.
