We have been working with Germain Lexus of Dublin for over a year looking for the "just right" vehicle for our needs. Our salesperson remained consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, well informed, and looking out for our needs for well over a year. We finally found the vehicle and, wow, the experience could not have been more pleasant, friendly, smooth, efficient, and professional. These qualities matter to us and, if they matter to you, you have found the correct dealership. After we signed the dotted line, the dealership was about to close (something we felt very bad about) but they treated us without any regard for the time. The technician took his time to go over all of the features; probably the best lesson we've ever had with the automobile technology interface. Both he and our salesperson stayed well past the closing time and did not hesitate to make this experience comfortable and professional.
