onMy door would not open from the rear passenger side inside of the vehicle. It was discovered that the cable had detached and fell to the bottom of the door. I paid 200 dollars for a diagnostic service that was not needed just to reattach a cable. My vehicle is a 2019 F150 with no accidents. This just doesn't seem right.
