Completely drained my less than 1 month old battery and returned car to me

onThe service department took a brand new battery that I delivered to them and drained to 0% charge. I now cannot start my car, lock it with my key fob, or do anything with my car. They also left the panel on the door on the floor of my car. Shabby service does not begin to even cover it.
