Fantastic Customer Service - Customer for Life

onMy wife and I stopped by BMW of Mount Laurel to see if it made sense to trade in our CPO 2008 328xi (bought there) for a newer vehicle. We knew it might be a stretch, but with her driving less than 5 miles per day we figured we'd give it a shot and talk about a lease. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by Steve R., and then Ed L., our advisor for our first BMW, the '08. We explained what we were thinking, and Ed listened to us, didn't discount anything, and calmly explained that he wasn't sure he could do what we were looking for. After some initial discussions, he went and worked out a perfect arrangement for us and now my wife is happily driving her 2013 325i! I wanted to say that it was a pleasure working with Ed again, and Steve was an enormous help as well. Both of them should be commended, and now Ed and BMW of Mount Laurel have a customer for life. Good customer service is often difficult to find, and I feel it is important that it be recognized.
