Terrible Service

onScheduled a free inspection appointment for 4/17 per guidance received on lease end paperwork received from GM. On arrival was told this could only be coordinated through sales (not stated in paperwork - just the phone number). But I also had a free coupon for inspection alone. Again service rep suggested I get the regististration inspection due in June. So I had to pay $49.95. On completion I received no feedback on any componenets and/or deficiencies. I inquired about tires and oil since I was leaving on a 3000 mile trip. Was told it depended on how I drove. On arrival at my destination I noted severe wear on inside trad on the two front tires. I have to buy new tires to address as I was advised they would not meet inspection requirements. Go Figure as your techs passed it. Again absolutely no feedback fro service even though I inquired and explained my trip. I am afraid I cannot trust your service dept to act correctly in the future so we need to address this issue promptly. Thank you. Don Bealko
