Superior Honda of Omaha

I brought my car in for service this week. I knew exactly what I needed to have done, replacing ball joints. Though I drive an off brand SUV (something other than Honda), the technician had no problem figuring out what needed to be repaired. The service writer, Andy, was very helpful in scheduling the repair and keeping me posted on the progress. The technician (according to my receipt, it was Mark) finished the job in a timely manner and did his best to describe to me how the parts affected the driveability of my vehicle. All personnel were extremely attentive to my needs and listened thoroughly to what I was describing to them. All in all, a great experience, even though I wasn't a sales customer. A+ service.
