I recently purchased a slightly used VW Jetta from Schmalz. Upon arriving at the dealership I started to walk the lot, immediately Terrill Klecker came to my assistance. He worked diligently to hunt down the exact Jetta I had seen online even though the rest of the dealership (minus the owner) thought it had likely sold and not been updated in their system. My purchase experience was excellent, Terrill, the finance, and the service team assisted in getting me out the door in my new car with smiles even though the process was not completed till almost an hour after close on a Friday.
