James was outstanding to work with. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. From changing cars for me at the last minute to sending me pictures of my new vehicle as soon as it arrived. He bent over backwards to accomodate me and my family. I'm a loyal Krapohl Ford customer and would recommend James Yun to anyone interested in buying a car! He makes the buying process so easy!
