Will not be returning

onI bought a truck from this dealership 5 months ago. I took it in for an issue with my onstar. They told me that they would diagnose the issue for free. They called to inform me that it needed a module and it was almost $700 for the repair with no idea of when the part would be in. I went there to pick up my truck and they wanted to charge for the diagnostic. After informing them that the fee was supposed to be waived I got all kinds of attitude and disrespect. I was told I could not have my keys back until the bill was paid. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they didn't have one. After arguing for awhile I finally got the name of the manager and was told to call him on Monday. I was still forced to pay the bill to get my truck back. I called on Monday to get my money back and was offered 2 oil changes instead. I told them no and that I wanted my money back instead. They said that a check would be sent in the mail. I then took my truck to another local dealership and they also diagnosed it and then called and said they ordered the part and that they where going to cover the the cost of the diagnostics, parts and labor 100%!! Needless to say I found a new dealership to go to and will not be returning.
