Do they even test drive cars

onI've taken my Jeep to this place twice because I had been experiencing the dreaded death wobble. My car is all stock so there are no lifts or mods that could have thrown my ride out of whack. I described my situation each time to the service people explaining how they could possibly recreate these issues I was having. Well, I'm convinced that in neither of my appointments did they actually drive my car on the road. They simply put it up on a lift and looked at a few things and considered my problems debunked and charged me $150. I say this because I recently took the Jeep to Criswell and did the same explanation. They told me they would drive it on the highway and see what they could find. Well guess what? There was a problem after all! An $800 track bar problem that was not detected in two visits to Darcars. At least offer me an alignment or something guys! Don't act like I'm making crap up!
