onVery dishonest salemen. Purchased new 2010 car and less than a week later auto was requiring service. Will not honor chrysler's 60 day return policy, Will give you the runaround when you voice concerns about vehicle defects. Dealt with Evette Rosette and Rodney Parlow who are run by Jeff Cook. Don't waste your money. Even if the car is brand new don't think its not a lemon. I purchased a 300 and on the second day it was making a loud humming noise, my calls and emails were ignored even by Ms Rosette who was emailing me and calling me daily before my purchase to get me in there to buy a car, now it's like they could care less that i'm having problems with this car. Also i still don't have my title and it was a cash purchase, they only gave me a notarized bill of sale today after I went in complaining. Beware

I'm with you brother!!! Dexter Schexnyder was the same way. Never did install the trailer brake controller like our deal stated. Never would return our calls.
