Walker Volkswagen

I am very happy to write this review. I walked into Walker Volkswagon in Kenner, Louisiana and after my research, I was ready to purchase a CC R-Line. I was greeted by Eric G. and he talked to me. He didn't try to impress me. He listened to me. Then he asked me what I was looking for. After our discussion he suggested I look at the CC Lux for two reasons. One reason is for me so I can compare it to the CC R-Line I had in mind. The second reason is he thought the CC Lux may be a better match to the wants/needs I described. I agreed and we walked onto the lot. I looked. I liked. I took a test ride. When we got back, I said this car looks and feels like what I want. We went back inside and he met with his manager. He came back with a price and I said, it is more than the R-Line but I am getting more with the Lux. I said the price, the car and his sales style make this feel like a good deal. So I met with the finance guy and now I'm thoroughly enjoying the car. Eric has made a few follow up contacts with me. Like I said in the title of this review "At Walker Volkswagon, I was treated like a customer is supposted to be treated." Thank you or Dankeschon Eric G. and thank you Walker Volkswagon staff. Milton
