My experience with Chris, my sales rep was great. He explained everything perfectly. I wasn't happy with the finance rep. First, he had me give him a check for $500 to hold the car. I asked him several times to not cash the check, as that amount would be with my total payment. And if he did cash it, to please let me know. He not only cashed the check, he failed to let me know it had been cashed. Also, I went through Costco and was to get a $400 gift card. The finance rep assured me everything was taken care of for the Costco rebate. After not hearing from Costco, I called them. They were given the wrong phone number to contact me and didn't have all the information they needed. Luckily I contacted them before the rebate deadline and should still get the rebate. I believe they are still waiting for verification from GM that I did purchase a GM during the time frame required.
