I bought a new 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 from Jim Baier in Fort Madison, IA. the experience was one of the easiest ever. We drove over two hours in our trade-in to the dealership. The deal had been worked out mostly over the phone. My wife, two young kids, and I arrived at the dealership and waited a few minutes for the finance person. She was super easy and kid-friendly to work with and there were no surprises! There was no pressure to buy anything extra and that was SO nice.
