My salesman and his staff were great. We come back to Skillman Hyundai mainly because of Quinton. Car buying always involves a lot of unnecessary waiting, and this time was no different. We broke down the experience into two days in hopes that on the second day most of the paperwork would be done. This didn't happen. The finance part of the experience was slow and painful. We foolishly agreed to things just to get out of there. We were also told that we could cancel the extended warranty at any time with no problems. So, the following Monday I went in to cancel it, only to find out that it wasn't that simple. So, I'm stuck with a higher monthly payment for the life of the loan, and, I guess, the value of the refund will be taken off the loan balance. I'm dubious. On the bright side, the car is great. We only wish that the paperwork part wasn't so painful.
