Hmmm good question

onSo I brought my wife's Equinox in because it was having difficulty with the signaling/warning lights.
Parts were ordered and replaced - not better.
Her rear window was grinding so they got new parts and that works fine...but
While putting the door back together, they neglected to connect the cable that operates the inside door latch, so the door would not open from the inside.
We returned it, they connected it, and now it works.
When I dropped my wife off to drive her car home, I noticed that the hood was ajar. Very concerning to me, had I not driven around, found the car, and noticed this. Had she gotten in and started home, which includes highway travel, it could have been a real problem.
So, how would you say that you did?
Normally, I really like Tom Kelley's, but I'm a little leery at the moment.
