Problems were not only not repaired, they were exacerbated. Service representatives work diligently to pad the bill with very costly recommended service for imaginary problems which, upon further prodding, even they admit only "might become a problem" in the future. The facility is overcrowded ...






Avoid if possible. Cramped service area, long wait to speak to advisor, damge to car while being repaired, held car for four days for a one maybe two day repair, work had to be redone at another dealership.
