Good Luck getting a Human and not a voicemail

onAll I needed was a method to cancel my extended warranty and get my refund after I paid off my car. You would think I was trying to work with a 2 person office instead of a huge dealership. I was continually transferred to Finance with members of the team that had full voicemailboxes. I even tried to reason with the receptionist and ask for them to find a human being. Amazingly they didn't care. Just would transfer me to the same person in Finance. One of two people. One had a voicemail box and I left a message or two, and one who had a full mailbox. I finally get a hold of a human (MIRACLE) and she tells me what I needed to do. Great! She said she would send me the form via email and I could scan the form and my payoff letter and email it back. GREAT! Except the email never came with the form. Now I am back to customer service hell trying to get a human to help me. If there wasn't like three years left on the extended warranty I would say screw it. I thought I would try it through chat - hell nothing to lose right? Well what I got from her is my contact information passed on to a manager. Then when she had taken care of that she was ready to get off the chat and move on. Overall this experience has made me realize I will not be buying from Schaumburg Auto again. If they cannot respect and help customers with such a small request, why should I ever shop with them again.
