I came in based on a photo and description of a Focus I found on-line. After shopping around Rockford a bit, the Focus you had on your lot was the cleanest/lowest miles/ and right price of anything I found within 25 miles of Rockford. I loved the car I was there to see. Debbie remembered me from a quick call I had made before I made the drive out. I was quickly helped and in the car for a test drive. I will add that the car was not as clean as it looked in photos on line. Sam took care of that before I drove it home. Payment paperwork was smooth and made very easy with the staff there at the dealership. I would certainly buy another car there because I felt comfortable, attended to, and welcome. I felt this dealership appreciated my business.
