onI had a 7:30am appointment in which I was checked in at 7:15am, simple oil change, fix a running board & align rear door of my f150, while sitting in the waiting area the 2 service advisors walked past me numerous times & assisted other people to advise of what their status was, at 11:00am I decided to inquire about my f150, they chuckled and stated that they didn’t know that I was sitting in the waiting area in which the service advisor that checked me was aware of me waiting, the other service advisor stated to me that my f150 was not touched yet & was parked in the lot, so I decided to leave since I wasted a day off of work without pay to accomplish nothing, no apologies or anything from the 3 service advisors, I would not recommend this place, horrible service!
