First time that I used my extended warranty and it took about 3 days ti figure what would be covered . Once
we got passed that it was fast and the manager explained from this point forward things would be fine, He spent time and effort to move things forward and I do appreciate that.. My relationship with Jim Falk Motors over the passed 4 years has been excellent .
