I've been a Cadillac owner for 6 years now. I bought my first Cadillac from them and I just recently traded up to a newer model and each time I have been floored by the level of Professionalism & Customer Service this dealer has shown me. My Sales Rep "Gumala Ogbamichael" Raises the Bar when it comes to Customer Service. Not only did he help find the car right for me but he also helped me install it with a factory nav when a number of professionals said it was impossible. Plenty Sales Reps will give you good service when you're buying a car but few will continue to be there for you after you've bought it. Gumala is one of the few that will.
