onOn April 30, 2018, my husband Lawrence Roberts, and I (Letha Roberts) ventured out to price a Cadillac. The first dealership was Capital Cadillac. The first salesman to welcome us was Mr. Lee. My husband and I gave the criteria for the price and amenities that were looking for. Mr. Lee, worked very hard to meet our needs. We had a great trade-in for our 2011 Chrysler 300. He took the time working with us on choosing the right type of vehicles we wanted, .
Mr. Lee, was very diligent in working on our behalf, when meeting with the Finance Department and the General Manager. in the end, he satisfied our needs on the vehicle that we purchased 2014-Cadillac XTS. Mr. Lee took the time to orientate us on the vehicle operations, Onstar and Link, and SirrusXXM, and purchasing car mats.
Mr. Lee informed us of the classes for new Cadillac owners. He has a great personality and his demeanor was wonderful. I almost forgot he was salesman, because he made us feel very very comfortable during this process. He did not rush us into a Sale. He took his time in explaining every detail, that goes along with purchasing a vehicle. In purchasing a vehicle in the past, I never met a salesperson who made you feel like he cared about you as a person, l not just a customer.
