Deceptive business Practices!

Great customer service from front staff. Roy did a great job. More then he was responsible for, but this company's business practices are deceptive and dishonest. I was told they'd only do the work that concerned my warranty. They charged me for other services I did not ask for and held my car against my will when I disputed the extra financial fees. They will lie to you about how much you will end up paying. Once they get your car they do stuff without asking your permission then they charge you for it against your wil. I will be suing.
