onI recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Jim Ellis and had an excellent experience all throughout the entire purchase process. Hilton, my salesperson, was wonderful. He can answer most any question you have regarding a Mazda and has the patience to listen and understand your needs as a buyer. He worked with me thoroughly to help decide exactly what I wanted in my new car. We compared countless vehicles on the lot to see trim level, transmission, features and packages, and of course color.
I test drove two Mazda 3s with Hilton; one an automatic and the other a 6 speed manual. With both vehicles Hilton planned out a lengthy and comprehensive route aimed at demonstrating the many new technology and safety features in the vehicle. This was a completely unusual experience for me as I am used to the more typical 5 minute, quarter-mile loop that most other dealers will take you out on. I finished my drive in both vehicles with a clear understanding of the vehicles capabilities and all of the tech and safety features that it boasts.
After much research and consideration Hilton helped me decided on exactly which vehicle we were looking for, which in my case was a very rare vehicle to find. Hilton and Rick (new car sales manager) immediately got to work on locating the exact vehicle I was in search for. The were able to locate and bring in my new car quickly and avoid any unnecessary transfer millage that would have degraded my vehicles value. They worked diligently to accomplish this in a timely manner and never asked me for any deposits, charged shipping or anything else that would have created a hassle on my end. The simply took me at my word and located the perfect vehicle for my purchase.
Overall I feel that I got the perfect vehicle for me at a great price. The service level from Hilton and Rick, as well as the finance/support staff was always exemplary and I never felt pressured or hassled along the way. I look forward to future business with Jim Ellis and would certainly recommend not only a Mazda to a friend, but to buy it from Hilton at Jim Ellis.
